Thanks, now I know where to go. =)
I only knew of a few shops before you posted this.
Now more people will rush to the shops. XD
Undergraduate student studying Systems Design Engineering http://robostrike01.wordpress.com
AmiAmi or Hobby Search... there aren't any stores in Canada >_<
Student http://cvnf.blogspot.com/
I would love if there was one in my country. I guess it would happen someday... like in 100 years or so.
Bushiroad Student http://justmoukou.wordpress.com/
Hey Terrence, I have a potential shop in Canada that is interested in trying to uphold Bushiroad product. Should I have them send an email to you so that you can fill them on certain information needed?
Lol, sure.
But first, it would be advisable for the shops to introduce themselves so that we may evaluate a possibility of doing business with them. Photos, sales per month, number of players for each card game they currently hold, etc.
Naturally, we will only be able to start business with shops/distributors which we find promising.
Professional http://dudley.createforumhosting.com/cardfight-vanguard-f88.html
Bushiroad, is it possible to have these listings include links to these store's online web sites?
student
wait, so does that mean i have to get stuff from melbourne now?? or should i just get them from singapore??
Depends... where exactly are you located?? Perth??
student
yes, perth.
Wow, and how are you getting your stuff from Singapore?
If we had the stocks in Australia, wouldn't it make more sense to get from the same country? XD
student
Well, i didn't even knew Melbourne had it, and i've always bought them from japan or singapore instead, but now that i want to make a tournament going(we have quite a community going) should i go for melbourne or singapore now?
Also, i asked my friend, and cards from Melbourne will be more expensive than from singapore or japan....
Well, there are shipping and handling costs involved for any export products.
Might be a bit more for certain countries T_T
Are you guys hosting any tournaments there already without support by any chance? ^_^
student
planning to, just having some unofficial tournaments at the moment(prizes are rare cards from me T_T)
if we could get official tournament running here, every1 would be even happier, and I'm sure even more people here will play(i have people complaining to me there are no official/promo cards as prizes)

No, no. There's definitely plenty of love... just no medium(shop) to convey our love... anyway, love hurts (your wallet) XD

Tell me about it, I just had to pay for a massive order of Katanagatari W/S cards.
I'm gonna be so happy when they get here, though!

Yay! Another Katanagatari player in England!!
Just got my boxes yesterday and ordered more to cover what I'm missing.
..Love certainly hurts...

We need some love in Wales.... o_<
I wish there were a easier (less expensive way too) to buy Vanguard ;-;

America needs love. Lots of love. Somewhere-within-20-minutes-of-CT love. There is only so much I can do with Hammergirl...
Dang, nothing on the US east coast...
Student, Cardfighter
Hammergirl Anime is in Rochester, NY...
Nearly anything that pays
The US only has five stores that are listed. I want to start selling cardfight!! vanguard stuff but shipping would be a pain.
Hi Bushiroad, just want to add something to fellows who live in Indonesia,
Anime Machi
Taman Harapan Indah Blok M no. 10
Jelambar, Jakarta Barat
Anime Machi is located in Mall Taman Anggrek on the 3rd floor, and there's on also on Mall Kelapa Gading
Colossus Card Center
Danau Indah XI Blok B1/22. Jakarta Utara 14350
There is another branch of this place in Mall Ciputra 3rd floor #45, actually this is the only place I know with the same name, I don't know if the one in Jakarta Utara is another place
I hope this little information helps, thank you and sorry If I ever made a mistake
Hi, ainos29.
Thanks for the clarifications.
I hope it will help guide players to where they can get their cards.
If there is any mistake here, I'm sure the other players from Indonesia will inform us ^_^
Common rule for most card shops XD

Wow, I didn't even know that they were sold in Australia (searched up the shop and their prices are quite good). I got past there all the time!

Hey, not sure if you've received an email from a store in Montreal yet (Carta Magica), but I just wanted to make sure that you know that there's a few stores in Montreal (Canada) that might be interested in upholding your products.
I know I talked to Carta Magica about it. I still have to talk to the other stores too. Should I tell them to send you a detailed email about their store?
Hope it pulls off or something, I want to start playing against other people here... So sad that Weiss Schwarz is scarcely known here in Montreal.
Oh, you will be surprised that there may be players near you!
Come on people, drop us a line and let fuyukaze know that there are players from Montreal as well ^_^v
Student http://www.halosquared.com
lol I've got a few friends into the game. My next step is to teach others about the game during our anime convention so that it might pick up here in Montreal. XD
Student
Actually I also live in Montreal and turns out I'm also looking for people to play with xP. Waiting to recieve my english booster set I ordered and it'd be great if I could play/trade with other people that ordered the set on the day of it's release. I also talked to Carta Magica about it and they're still considering.

I am going on a "round the europe" tour. Any european bushiroad store out there? May be in England, Italy, Germany, France, or even Switzerland?:D
I will tell you if I find one! But would be nice if I know it beforehand:).
No, unfortunately there have been no takers in Europe yet for our card games... T_T
Do take some photos of card game shops if you can and hopefully one of them will contact us or start selling our card games some day... ^_^b
Student
Not many Bushiroad stores located in England which is a shame because I wanted to play some card games in London T_T. You could try Germany I believe they have huge customers. I come from London Hotmail: Supremeking@hotmail.co.uk
Student, Cardfighter
Not all Germans are huge, you know... Some of us are surprisingly skinny ^-^
Don't mind me... I just couldn't pass up the chance. Sorry.
Student
And also I forgot. If there are any British players would you consider the GameShop a place where they can sell cards.
Well, Germany is slowly picking up steam and has a small community which contacted us a while back.
I should really get them to post their monthly tournament details for the other players to see... XD
Depends on the number of players there are in London, and if there are any shops who wish to handle our products.
Currently, we have only been contacted by Germany regarding WS.
Student http://www.twitter.com/shadowrep
TokyoToys in Piccadilly Circus at Trocadero sells WS trial Decks and Boosters as of recently.

Hi im from fresno CA and i have a freind who owns a shop but doesn't think the game will be popular is there a way i can help promote the games in my city because i have some freinds who want to buy and play.
Hmmm... Fresno is still a few hours drive away from the nearest store in Huntington Beach CA...
Most overseas communities start by forming clubs and communities in their area.
Once the number of players increase to a point where it can justify sales of our card games,
the shops should be more than happy to start handling our products.
Unfortunately, I can only endorse official sellers and distributors here on the blog.
In the meantime, try hosting some unofficial tournaments/get-togethers and just enjoy.
Oh, and Hammergirl Anime should be doing online sales as well soon so please keep a lookout for our products on their page!
Student, Cardfighter
Also, One could bring a couple of decks and host "How to Play"s.
I'm doing that tomorrow at a hobby shop nearby (Gaming Etc.). I'm bringing my Royal Paladin and Kagero decks. Hopefully people bite... Now I just need to slip the translations into the sleeves...
Vanguard Fighter
I noticed that you'd said in a different post that you were making an English version of Vanguard. I think that would definitely open up potetial for more business with other countries. Also, if english speaking countries started organized play when it comes out in english, would Japanese cards be allowed as well? I noticed that heartofthecards.com has created slips that you can put in sleeves to translate effects and gives us all of the information we need to know about the game. Also Hammergirl Anime in New York has started up tournaments.
I hope more stores in America start selling it, and I'll have them contact you if I find people interested...
Yes, it will probably be the next logical step when expanding further overseas.
Nothing has been finalized at the moment, but there will be plans for a World Grand Prix(WGP) like tournament for Vanguard as well.
For the new players to Bushiroad card games, the WGP is a tournament held at the end of every year for our WS, Chaos and VS card games. For this event, Bushiroad normally invites the champions from each of the participating countries to Japan to challenge the winners in Japan.
We hope to be able to have some arrangement like this as well when we do release an English version later on.
As for how we will proceed, please stay tuned to this blog and other sites and we will announce the details once they have been confirmed.
Oh, just out of curiosity, don't you guys find having decks with English cards only versus decks with Japanese cards only(no mixing of different language cards) much easier on the judges/organizers to handle disputes?? XD
Student
'Oh, just out of curiosity, don't you guys find having decks with English cards only versus decks with Japanese cards only(no mixing of different language cards) much easier on the judges/organizers to handle disputes?? XD'
That would atucally be interesting seeing as you can compare the cards. I don't really have a plan on getting people interested in the game as I don't really have the atucal deck. If the cards were in english and then they were on a Online shop then my work would be So easy :D.
I'm liking the (WGP) News. I like the way you focus on hosting official tournaments so that you can build that interest reminds me of the Anime of Cardfight vanguard it perfectly suites in D:.
I was thinking and I was imagining the Anime being transformed to Space ships or Skyplanes :/. Also if your not in charge of the Anime Is their likely there could be a Season 2 for Cardfight Vanguard??
Vanguard Fighter
I suppose if you're using cards of an language not spoken in the country you should have to be able to provide the text for the main language, like if Japanese cards are used in an English tournament, I should be responsible for providing official english text if needed (especially if I'm mixing and it will take less). I'd imagine at an event like worlds, where there are multiple languages, that would get confusing...
Vanguard Fighter
I suppose though, that there will be alot of commonly known cards as well, though so it wouldn't matter much, especially at the start...but yeah, single languaged decks would probably be easiest. Also, it kinda depends on the ratio and popularity of the cards, since well known cars are likely to be memorized by players.
True, the producers are really debating hard on this one...
But I tend to agree with the single language deck build.
Can you imagine a disgruntled player arguing with the judge on a translation technicality??
And if the Finals are held in Japan, the poor judge might have trouble with foreign languages in the first place... not a pretty picture and I really hate to open that can of worms... Xp
Vanguard Fighter
Well, if it is coming out in english, then there are gonna be foreign language cards anyways. Restricting players to a single languaged deck seems like it would only be effective for a WGP. A person with some japanese cards in an english tournament or viceversa probably wouldn't matter much, because judges would have access to the card text for the country's language. As for translation technicalities, it should just be that you use the wording from the language played in that country, and if theres an error it can be corrected through errata (although, with proper translation, that could probably be avoided altogether). In an english or japanese tournament, players should probably have to provide the correct text if chosing to use cards of a langauge that the other players don't. In the worlds, though, I do agree on a single languaged deck being convenient. Another thing, I've noticed is that in other games, people like to use different languaged cards because they are cool to use...I'm not really sure if that's a good reason, but it would be cool to use a japanese Blaster Blade in a deck mainly composed of english cards, and I don't really think that would hurt much.
Another reason I see players wanting to do that may be promos. If someone has mostly one language cards, but managed to obtain a promo in a different language, then they might want to use that due to having missed a kero kero. Speaking of promos, are there going to be any reprint sets for Vanguard?
Cool, maybe... but I do find that single language deck will be convenient for most parties. Which brings me to the other point where there are card games that restrict the PR or other language cards you can use if the local version is not yet available.
For example if Card A is only available in Japanese and the English card is not yet available. That card will not be allowed in play till the English counterpart is available. In that case, to minimize the need for a ban list, we might as well just have the players stick to the cards they can find in 1 language. Just a thought that has been going around ^_^
Vanguard Fighter
Oh, just wondering, but have you had issues with mixing of languages before? Most confusions I've seen have been due to timings, and the auto/passive markers make those pretty clear.
Student http://www.halosquared.com
"Oh, just out of curiosity, don't you guys find having decks with English cards only versus decks with Japanese cards only(no mixing of different language cards) much easier on the judges/organizers to handle disputes?? XD"
I judge some MTG tournaments and I have no problem with the technicalities (then again I know my MTG cards pretty well). Foreign language/alternate art/full art/textless cards are available in MTG so we have more options of making our decks awesome. When a dispute happens on the effect of a card, we refer to the oracle of said card. I don't mind mixmatching them at small local tournaments, but if you are to mixmatch at national events, you should totally know what your card does and how to play it.
Having good knowledge of the EXACT English wording is also a must since words such as MAY, TARGET, DESTROY, SACRIFICE, REMOVE, IF and other stuff really affects the game. I tell players who don't know their cards to play them in their English form since the wordings are really important.
I would say to bring a translation sheet to solve disputes. If it's a translation error than the card should be errata'd right away. But even then, there will be disputes nonetheless, either by poor comprehension or some weird mistranslation (which should hopefully not happen), or simple misunderstanding of what the card should do.
I've dealt with multiple instances where a card was illegally played and all that and where one person would have won if they both knew what the card did. I remember that lone tournament where two MTG PRO players were held from playing their last match because of a problem that occurred during their second match.
If they're really iffy about it, have the Tournament Judge be the deciding factor at local tournaments on whether or not they would agree to let players play mixmatch decks. For Grand Tournaments such as WGP, make it a singleton language deck for now to avoid massive disputes on card technicalities. Judges are there for a reason you know =) When/If it becomes awesomely popular at a grand scale, then rules should just be revised to accommodate.
Student, Cardfighter
-Is so going to participate in a WGP when I get my deck in English-
Vanguard Fighter
huh. Can't reply for some reason. Anyway, in response to the last comment...
Yeah, restricitng cards in areas that don't have them yet is perfect. It would be unfair if players with japanese cards could use the first few sets, while players with english could only use one (in english tournaments). And yeah, cool isn't really a ground for inconveniencing judges.
Also, I guess I was kinda asking off topic, and I'm not sure if you're allowed to answer, but for those of us who missed the half decks with Crested and Star Drive Dragons, as well as the other promos from Kero Kero Ace, will they ever get reprinted, or is that not decided yet?
Lol, it has actually reached the end of the reply chain.
Tip: You will have to reply to my previous comment in order to continue the replies XD
As I mentioned earlier, nothing is written in stone so we will announce the actual plans when the time comes.
No, not off topic at all, and I will gladly answer any questions I can.
Unfortunately, the PR cards form the magazines will no longer be printed in Japan after the run in the magazines.
BUT! There is a slight chance that the cards will be re-printed in English versions,
as the producer is contemplating releasing the same cards internationally to be fair to the overseas players...
As for where and when they will be released, please keep a lookout for more news in later posts or announcements.
Student
Was doing some research and found two shops who have sold cards. Hmm Only Toys R US and The Game shop sounds sad T_T. I don't think I can post images :/
Student, Cardfighter
Toys R Us!?! I have new respect for them. And a desire to dash through their doors and demand Cardfight Vanguard cards at the top of my lungs. Maybe I should fashion a plastic lockpick now, before I get arrested for doing that...
Vanguard Fighter
Do you know around when the english cards will be released? Also, do you know when you will know what the foreign language policy will be?
Hmmm, no not at the moment.
We are hoping for a English release in Asia within the year since the response is quite good.
But nothing is finalized at the moment and all rules and policies will only be announced after the completion of the product, I guess... Xp
Vanguard Fighter
Alright, thanks. I'll be looking forward to that ^^

So has there been any news from the company or any updates.
And what does the company plan for the future?

T-T there aren't any stores in Brazil
Well, we haven't had any luck with South American distributors so far...
Are our games really picking up steam over there?

I know people that wants to play but don't have acess to the card game --'
You can try contacting any of the shops listed here, especially the distributors in the main 3 countries.
They might ship overseas for you if you are interested.
Student
Open a shop in Sweden please! >__<'
Student
Lol I can understand your desperation but you have to be patient as Bushiroad are doing their best to accomplish the work. I suggest that you get your friends interested in the game.
Lol, common misconception...
Bushiroad does not really open shops overseas, but we are keeping a lookout for shops and distributors who are interested in handling our products XD
Student
I just called Anime King (Huntington Beach, California) and they said they weren't stocked up on Bushiroad products O.o
Yah, they have been ordering quite conservatively for the past months.
Maybe the number of players for our card games have been dwindling since then.
Student
Sorry to ask but what shops are you specifically looking for. Shops with Anime/Magna and CCG or just CCG?
In order to set up base for the rest of the card games, our first shop/distributor in said country must be equipped with a duel space for the card players to gather. That definitely a first priority, and some experience in Japanese card games will help!
Student
lankyspirit suggested Forbidden planet a post ago. They are located in UK and they sell most card games, Yu-gi-oh,Pokemon and MTG.
Yup, our colleagues will be visiting the shops suggested in those posts.
Hopefully, we will find some interested parties during this trip.
Part-Timer/Amateur Writer http://www.littlewashu.co.uk
Thank you so much for considering distribution in the UK. I would be happy to buy cards if they were available at Forbidden Planet...
Also, would you consider distributing to online UK stores? Koolkingdom.co.uk sell different TCGs through their website, and I'm a returning customer there, it would be great if they could stock Cardfight Vanguard stuff.
Thanks again!
We will have to see how the market is in UK.
Our first priority will of course be shops with a proper Duel Space as they will be the ones promoting the card games. i.e. holding tutorials and tournaments to promote the game.
It7s kinda strange to promote a card game if there is no place for you to play it, isn't it? XD
Part-Timer/Amateur Writer http://www.littlewashu.co.uk
That is very fair.
You should pop along to the London MCM Expo, where lots of anime, comics and games fans come together and promote it there. There were a few people there in May who were actually playing Vanguard! The next one is at the end of October.
Sure, thanks for the info!
Just curious, you wouldn't happen to have any photos of people playing Vanguard from that event, do you? XD
Part-Timer/Amateur Writer http://www.littlewashu.co.uk
No, unfortunately not... XD
me and my friends were playing vanguard at the mcm expo :)

Well I am apart of an event called Portable Gaming Monthly X London Training Ground.
Link here: http://neoempire.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11036
It has an alright attendance in which Card games are somewhat picking up there since most of us play Yu-Gi-Oh. I myself started finally playing Weiss Schwarz and it's awesome bringing more people into the game right now and I have enough to pull of a small tournament which will be happening next month if things go to plan. Just helping WS get off to something a little bigger in the UK. More details to come though I still need to kick stuff off as right now finishing up my college work.
planning on making a few How to play guides for the UK and some of stuff.
Student
It's a nice surprise to see more people interested in these Card games from UK but I doubt that UK has shops even with duel space. We don't have a big community USA has with Yu-gi-oh so probably we could host things like tournaments in Community centres or Youth clubs?
Part-Timer/Amateur Writer http://www.littlewashu.co.uk
Yeah, the problem in London is that there aren't many (if any) dedicated TCG shops in Central London, let alone any with dedicated card playing spaces. I remember visiting Tokyo a few years back and was literally amazed at shops dedicating entire floors to TCGs, I was so jealous... ;P
It's slightly different in the UK, TCGs are played more in private, at local tournaments/clubs/youth centres, and at the odd anime convention. It must be worse for a Japanese TCG to get any recognition... >.<
Part-Timer/Amateur Writer http://www.littlewashu.co.uk
Yo, I was at LTGxPGC... XD I totally missed you guys playing Yu-Gi-Oh!, I was the one in the commentary box...
I would love to get Cardfight Vanguard off the ground around here, but I can't find anywhere to get the cards, or anyone else (yet_ to play with me... >.<

I am normally import my cards from AmiAmi I will be getting Vangaurd cards soon or may wait now since Vangaurd is coming in English later this year.
Vanguard Fighter
sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, but I was debating on getting one of the trigger campaign/case Aichi mats, and was wondering what the material is like? Is it different from the ones wizards and konami make or is it the same kind of material/weight? Although you might not know. I've tried searching, but I can't really find any info.
No problem at all, the mat is actually made of the same thin micro fibre as the playmats from WS and our other card games.
From what I can see from past photos, the other companies seem to make theirs out of a mousepad like material.
Bushiroads playmats are lighter and easier to carry around.
Student, Cardfighter
Hi, I have 4 points and nowhere to redeem them...
That was kinda out of the blue...
Help!
Student
lol I don't get it. Toyko Toys in London (Picadilly Cirus) have WeiB Schwarz but not Cardfight Vanguard D:
Part-Timer/Amateur Writer http://www.littlewashu.co.uk
Really? Actually on second thought, this doesn't surprise me too much, since Weib Schwarz involves many characters from many anime/manga/vn series, which will be popular to general anime fans (and thus will be more likely to sell more).
Perhaps we should pester them to import some CV stuff too... :x
Human Being
They do have WeiB Schwarz in Toyko Toyz but it's written in Japanese which me and my bro still play it but some cards with special effects we cannot understand lol XD
There are various card sites that list translated English effects.
Such as:

Bushiroad I heard you may be visiting Forbidden Planet in the UK?
Is there any chance of visiting Forbidden Planet or Rules of Play in Wales?
Supposed to be a College Student http://spvnetion.wordpress.com
Hi, just wanna tell you that I frequently visit Timewalk (they have two stores in Surabaya, Indonesia) to get Bushiroad products.
The owner said that he had tried to contact you, but he's still not on the list, so I'm just randomly asking regarding that... =D
Unfortunately, we have not had any contact from the shop: Timewalk.
Since he is not in direct transactions with Bushiroad, could it be that he is currently taking stocks from one of our official distributors?
If so, the application to be on this list will have to go thru that distributor.
Supposed to be a College Student http://spvnetion.wordpress.com
I see... thanks a lot for the rep... =)
I've asked the owner again and he said that he had re-notified your official distributor, I hope he can be on the list soon =3

How is a shop supossed to be able to contact bushiroad for engaing into details of selling the games?
Well, looking at the contact information page might help... XD
But, as you are located in Spain, I really have no idea which distributor to introduce... Countries with no problems communicating in English are America and Singapore at the moment.
Their information is available at the top of this page. ^_^b
Student
Is this in Indonesia? I notice it from the Cornetto ads.
Student
Nope, if you look under the picture it does state that it's in Singapore. Cornetto ads are easy to come across in lots of countries =P.
For shops in Indonesia, it's near the top of the list in case you do not know some of them.

Wish there was a distributor here in the Philippines. ._. Then again shops here charge roughly 25 - 35% higher than in those in other countries... sad. ._.

You also forget your customs taxes and stuff.
Human Being
Hi guys,
Will you be opening one in London, England soon? Would love to buy Weiβ Schwarz Cards and Vangaurd.
Student, Cardfighter
Actually, as detailed in an earlier reply, that is a "Common Misconception". They look for retailers to take interest in their products. My advice: Go to your local hobby shop with samples and showcase them, do "How to Play"s, and generally spark interest in the game(s). Then, when the store realizes the potential of the game, they will contact Bushiroad, or an official retailer, and begin selling the game(s).

Singapore is fortunate to have so many shops that sell Vanguard and in fact, i think that being in singapore is a great thing ...The ACME i think was fun but i didn't had a chance to join and meet doctor O.
Lol, sadly Doctor O was too busy to attend ACME in Singapore as his adoring public here in Japan was eagerly anticipating his appearances.
The voice for Doctor O, The Mash, on the other hand managed to make a trip to Singapore and I hope you guys had fun challenging him ^_^b

DOCTOR O EXISTS?!? -dies of amazement-
Elnxida kinda died here... We're going to take him to the morgue. Why was he making an "O" with his thumbs and index fingers? Was it his killer?

Trying to host an unofficial tourney at my school in Melbourne - trying to convert Magic players... arghhh
Student, Cardfighter
You will never convert us. However, we are very open-minded, and if you manage to beat us, we may listen to your pleas. If I were in Melbourne, I would help... compromise. I play both CFVG and MtG. I know how both sides think... You need to present an option that would let them still play MtG. If you don't, and you can't pulverize them in their own game, you will get nowhere...

hello i got a good shop in fresno called TVN that wants to sell weiss schwarz and he said that he has not received a reply he gave me all the info for his shop so is there a way i can send it to you?
Hi, we currently do not have plans to take on more distributors or shops in America for the time being.
It would be a better idea to contact the existing distributors,
in this case Hammergirl Anime in Rochester to obtain the products you require.
There is Anime King in CA, but they have not expressed interest in distributing so I'll leave it up to you to decide who to contact in this case.
The addresses can be found under the "Distributors" tab at the top of the page.
^_^b
As for contacting us, may I know which email did the owner send the inquiries to?
As we have yet to receive any mail from a shop called TVN...
psyco
the e-mail he send was (Subj: Wholesale Inquiry regarding Weiss-schwarz) but thats a shame thor was geting hooked on WS may i ask you take a look at the info he has he realy is good at what he dose if you cant find the e-mail i can send it to you again thanks

we need to have the Comic store that Singapore has so much of in America O.o >w< really jealous of Singapore...
Student, Cardfighter
Maybe we should steal one of their stores? We'll need a really big helicopter for that. And a lot of nails to keep it in America.
I would do that for Bushiroad products.
Student http://cfvanguard.tumblr.com
that or we can open a store in the future? o.O
Student, Cardfighter
But that's not as fun!
Bounty Hunter
Hey everyone, just watched the Vanguard Fighter anime and was interested in the card game. Also a fan of Persona and interested in Weiss Schwarz.
Where is a good place online to order cards for WS? I googled around and found some shop selling the Persona 3 trial deck for like $100, is that normal?
Student http://cfvanguard.tumblr.com
depending, you might wanna first wait next Monday, (b/c in the morning for us, they're having a discussion in Japan) if the cards and show will be in English or go Global soon.
Student
THAT IS NOT normal! that's way too expensive for a price of TD..
but then again it is because P3 TD is already out of print. therefore rather than spending $100 for TD, i would rather buy the booster box with that money.
the price of TD is usually only about 1200yen in JPN, approximately $15 using rate of $1= 80yen
Student
Eh, do realize that The Card Geeks shop in Singapore has been relocated for sometime now(Combined with KKnM)..
The new address:
1 Selegie Road
#B1-17, PoMo
And also, Happy House in Nex has been closed down. I think they moved to another location. I maybe wrong.
Thanks for the info!
Will wait for an update from GF regarding the Happy House in Nex.

Are there any plans at all for a store in Canada to carry Bushiroad products? Specifically wondering about Toronto. Considering the anime events (eg. Anime North), and the Asian population concentration there, I'm really surprised there isn't any support for it here.
I don't mind buying from Japan, but I have no idea where to go to find new people to play outside of my circle of friends. Though I guess it's a chicken and egg thing, need players to support it but there aren't any players because no one knows about it and can't buy cards for it locally :(
No, we know that there are players there.
But we would need a registered shop with duel space which would like to carry our products to begin...
No takers so far so we will have to wait till the game is really popular enough, I guess.

Hello! We proudly have Bushiroad products in our store located in Markham/Toronto! And are looking to organize a friendly tournament with other players from the area, sometime in the next few weeks. We host a number of other tournaments and pre-release events, so we have a brightly lit, clean play area. Please check us out!!! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
Hey!
I'm from the UK and I'm thinking of opening a gaming centre.
Im not sure if it'll be succesful or not but it needs doing! (reading through this thread only strengthens the argument :D)
Anywho Im going to have a dedicated space towards card gaming and will be selling them aswell.
I would love to represent Bushiroad aswell ofc ;)
We shall see what the future brings!
Hmmm... UK... hope we do get a presence there soon! ^_^
You need'nt worry, We won't rest till you do! :D
Student
You can host a shop card in within a shopping centre? I mean I haven't seen any card shops in a shopping centre seeming as it can be good for it's community.
Ah it wont be in a shopping centre it'll be sitauted outside of one. simply because I'd want to keep it open a bit later than the centre would.

Good point!

Hi Jonezy please keep us posted on the shop I look forward to shopping there:) btw will it be in London?
We shall see what the future holds, being impossible at the moment due to the recession. Though London would seem to be an obvious choice :)

How can a shop became a distributor of bushiroad products? I was searching for something, but couldn't find anything
Well, if your area has a distributor anywhere nearby, the fastest way is to contact them directly.
At this point, your closest would be France or Germany.
Besides these 2, there are no further plans to expand as we would like to focus on them and make sure sales of our products takes off there before venturing further into the European market. We are still kinda short on English or localized products for other regions... Xp
Student
Any Conventions Bushiroad is travelling too?
Yes, the next event we are attending would be the Anime Festival Asia(AFA) in Singapore!
More details here:
http://www.animefestival.asia/
Student, Cardfighter
You should send someone to America for Anime Boston or Comicon. I can safely guarantee you would make lots of money if you did... Because I would go to Anime Boston and spend all of my money on English Merch. Maybe not all of it... I would still need to buy Pocky... And Ramune.
Auenland in Dortmund,Germany sells WeißSchwarz, too.
You're right... A little oversight on our part... Xp
We normally wait for the shop registration for tournaments from that store before adding them on this list.

Aloha Bushiroad! I was really excited when I saw the Cardfight Vanguard anime and bought some cards from Hammergirl Anime! But I was wondering if you was looking at Hawaii as a place to distribute the Vanguard cards? I'm just really into the game and would like to have others experience the card game as I have.
Yes, we are always looking for new places with players!
However, as we do not have much information on the card players there,
it would be advisable to start some gatherings first to form a group,
and order products from our official distributors(like Hammergirl, in your case).
Once the group is large enough, then it might be possible for us to look for a distributor in your area. ^_^b
Student
Mahalo! Im starting to get people interested with this game so hopefully in the near future you would consider Hawaii as a place of disturibution!!

We are a retailer in Toronto (Markham), Canada that specializes in trading/collectible card games and accessories, anime products and collectible toys/figures.
Many of our customers inquire about Bushiroad products. We currently order Bushiroad items through a Japanese distributor and are very pleased with your products and would like to carry a wider variety. After visiting your English website, we noticed a list of your official distributors. We, K-OS Collectibles Inc., would like to inquire about how to become one of Bushiroad’s official distributors and tournament organizers. Our preference, of course, is to deal directly with Bushiroad.
K-OS Collectibles (formerly known as Pacific Gifts Ltd.) has been in business for over 13 years. We hold sanctioned tournaments for games such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic The Gathering, Heroclix, and World of Warcraft. We also participate in annual anime conventions/trade shows.
Kindly advise as to who we may contact for further information. We would be happy to provide you with information regarding our business, send you photos of our store and events.
We look forward to hearing from you!

Have you guys been able to convince Bushiroad to distribute cards to you?
President
Hello! We are currently a retailer and we carry WeiB Schwarz, Bushiroad card accessories and Cardfight!!! Vanguard! will be arriving at K-OS Collectibles shortly.
We are hosting a launch event for WeiB Schwarz at our store on Saturday December 10th! Please come visit us if you can.
We are also applying for organized tournaments and will keep our customers updated on our progress.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions :D
Cheers,
Albert
Dear players,
Thank you for the introductions and enthusiasm in introducing shops to us.
However, this thread is for the official distributors who have been confirmed.
Kindly refrain from posting any unofficial shops and/or parallel importers on this page.
If you would like to highlight a shop which has not made it onto this list, kindly start a new post and post a lot of photos so the players may know how it actually looks like before visiting.
Thank you!! ^_^b

Hoooooooooo I am just waiting to see a tournament in the USA, an official one. HAmmergirl is too far for those who live in CA but i think it will be good to spread the word around USA. In my opininon there are plenty of otakus who continue playingY*G*O* because they think is the only playable game in the USA. I have study markets and it doent matter if the cards are in english or JP(just with translation websites of curse) but USA has a lot of people who will play the game just knowing it exist. Just my opinyan
Cardfighter
In my area which is more rural and longer drives to get to tournaments, its more of availability that determines what people are playing. The only way to do that like somewhere where I live is to convince a lot of people to play it and it's quite difficult to get people to change from an established game like Magic or Yugioh onto something new that they may have never heard of but once people are more exposed to it then they are more likely to try it and play it.
student
the games just need advertisement, well if you think yugioh and pokemon cards are shown in kids channels as cartoon network or disney xd, I think an anime channel its needed too. Anime channel + advertisement about the channel in other channels, so kids will watch japanese anime and then selling JP products will be easier as hell. I am just a guy who likes to say things but i know a lot about how to get people attention and how sell stuff easy haha. I am more a buyer than a seller

Hello bushiroad I was wondering because bushiroad products have yet to come to England, if I could do something to get a enough people who would buy your products in England if they were on sites like amazon. How many people who I have to get that want to buy it for you to consider letting me and my partner becoming and online distributor for your products in the uk.
I would be doing this via facebook , a blog and a forum and if You consider me then I will also create a website.
I would be selling via the website I create and amazon so people who don't know about me will still be able to find them on amazon.co.uk

Just realised i'm not suppose to post this here but I don't know how to delete it so i'm just do a post for it.
sorry for putting this where i'm not suppose to.
Hi I've been watching Cardfight Vanguard since it first came out, and ever since I wanted to play. However, I don't have a credit card, and my parents don't like using theirs online, so I was just wondering if you guys are going to sell Cardfight Vanguard in retail stores like Target and Walmart. I would really appreciate it if you do.
Professional http://dudley.createforumhosting.com/cardfight-vanguard-f88.html
I think if the show takes off in native language dubs then you'll naturally see this at major retailers - we are probably years away from that happening. You and your parents may have to work something out with your friends who do use electronic fund transfer accounts (Paypal and such) so you can begin to pick up the product.
Another option is to approach a hobby store near you and ask that they contact heartofthecards.com at questions@heartofthecards.com and request a dealer's application so they can begin selling the product in their store locally. If you are are in the North Carolina area - several stores here are about to begin selling Cardfight!! Vanguard.
So if I wanted to see Cardfight Vanguard come to my location (Calgary, Canada), could I ask my local Card shop to contact Bushroad and see if they can make orders to stock it? This game looks so fun! I want to try it.
Your fastest method is to contact Hammergirl, and if they have stocks your store will get it pretty fast.
I told them to contact the Heart of the Cards site. Does that work too?

Would it be possible for a TCG shop e.g Forbidden Planet to be opened up in East London preferably Newham(for the reasons of it will be the site of the London 2012 Olympics, diverse otaku culture with a lot of interest in TCG's and finally for the simple reason that there are not enough stores in London which sell TCG's and host tournaments, the closest official Yu-Gi-Oh store to me and my friends was located in Croydon).
This seems kinda out-of-place but you will have to contact the store(Forbidden Planet), and ask if they could set up business near you. Xp

ANy idea which card shop in Singapore has stock after the reprint of EB-02?
Crna Luknja in Ljubljana, Slovenia
Now sells Cardfight! Vanguard (english).
A question regarding the coupon exchange program in Europe. I tried to contact Parkage SARL via e-mail and still haven't gotten any reply. Do anyone know if they have it, or should I just give up on using my gold coupon? ._.
Card Game Judge http://nlf-cgc.businesscatalyst.com/
You should wait for reply. Sometimes the Gold Trigger campaign doesn't work for English products (here don't work for EN products).
I understand that. :) My coupon is from a japanese Weiss Schwarz TD. Just thought it'd be a waste not to use it (expires on 06/2012). :(

Hey was wondering if this list has been updated recently? I just want to know if the stores around here in Montreal has obtained tournament support.
They also distribute products (mostly CFV) and I don't see it on the list in Canada anywhere.
Yes, this list is updated as soon as the applications for Japanese tournament/retail space are in.
For the English version, there are still quite a few details to be ironed out,
but they will be included here once the distributors or Bushiroad SEA provides the necessary details. ^_^b
