Anime Festival Asia 2011 - Press Conference

AFA Press Conference in Singapore!

The AFA(Anime Festival Asia) 2011 press conference took place on the 26th of September 2011,
at the AKB Cafe in Singapore with a special guest from Japan: Lisa!!

AFA started in 2008 and is the biggest event in South East Asia.
This year, AFA will take place from the 11th of November to the 13th of November,
at the Suntec City Convention Halls here in sunny Singapore.
Visitors are not only from Singapore, but the neighboring countries of Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and even Australia.

This particular press conference even had Mr. Kidani, CEO of Bushiroad on stage to announce the airing of Cardfight!! Vanguard animation
in English on Singapore's OKTO channel at 10:30am every Sunday morning starting from 16th of October 2011.
Further announcements included the release of English version products for Cardfight!! Vanguard which will be on sale from the 3rd of December 2011,
starting from Singapore and will make its way to other parts of the world.
Furthermore, there will be a pre-release of the English products:
2 Trial Decks, Blaster Blade and Dragonic Overlord, as well as the 1st Booster Pack, Descent of the King of Knights at AFA 2011!

As for the stage events, guest for the I♡Anisong include:
1st day: Hatsune Miku
2nd day: Flow, Ichiro Mizuki, Lisa, Sea☆A
3rd day: May'n, Kanako Ito, Kalafina

After the press conference, there was media coverage form the local TV stations,
which further highlights the attention AFA 2011 is receiving.
