If that really was her ability, it'd be super broken (ie don't put that climax card in the deck and it'd become "On your turn, Mami gets power +4500) XD
The ability reads "If she attacks with 'No longer afraid of Anything' in the climax slot, reveal the top card of your deck. If it's a climax, power -4500. Otherwise, power +4500"
