Cardfight!! Vanguard Distribution LA

There has been a rumour going around that there is plans to set up a Distribution Office in Los Angeles for Cardfight!! Vanguard to help mitigate the cost of importing CFV Product from Signapore. I was wondering if you could confirm or deny this?
